Question about Vacuums
After several months of great results it is no longer generating whirlwind from the bottom of the canister. This is causing the vacuum hose to plug quickly and need frequent clearing to keep suction. What has changed?
I would look to see hose not blocked and CHECK FOR THE FILTER BEING CLOGGED----SOME HAVE TO BE REPLACED WHILE OTHERS CAN BE WASHED/CLEANED-----A LACK OF AIR FLOW thru the filter will cause this issue.
most filters that can be washed are foam and not paper

On the top cover, there are holes at the front on both sides, there is a screw on each side in one of the holes. Take the out, and the cover should come off, then you can get to the brush roll and belt.

It sounds like you just have a clog going on... maybe a sock or something. You might have to do a little disassembly of the roller to get to it.
Hope this hlelps... Good luck
