the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Motorola krzr k1m + 2gb memory - won't read the card

for your added information, it is by chance that the 2 gb sd card can be recognize by your phone. normally, krzr 1 doesn't support 2 gb. you may think that others do have. it all depends on the firmware they have and sometimes on the brand of the sd card like micromax
it is really by chance that it will be recognize. most of the time, it can be hardly recognize.

take care.

I have a Motorola KRZR k1m - I have a sd card in it with my songs loaded on it and have always been able to play my music with the mp3 player on it, suddenly the mp3 player quit working what could be...

The program could have been corrupt due to an immense amount of scripts that were written when each song played. What you might need to do is do a soft reset on your phone. Take the card out of the phone and take the battery out for about a minute. Place it back in and try to start the player. If the player doesnt start then put the memory card in then try to start it.

The last resort would be to erase everything on the phone so that everything goes back to manufacturers settings, the player would work then but you would need to save your phone numbers, and pictures, and videos, before doing that because everything will be erased.

Mp3

Be sure to name the files of your songs with less than 30 characters. Do not use special characters or periods or colons or anything like that. The card won't recognize them. Be sure all the files you want are in one folder on the card.

Krzr's bluetooth and ringtones are messing up badly

check the file name of the song and look if there is a lock icon beside it. if it does you wont be able to change/delete or send that file either by bluetooth nor mms.

Recieving songs through bluetooth

You may have lot of picture`s stored on your phone and maybe
ringtones have you tried to delete some of your pictures or ringtones that you dont need that should give you more space to
store some of your mp3 songs.
