SOURCE: Husqvarna leaf blower, replace starter cord Model 132 HBV

remove the starter housing, usually only 3 or 4 bolts or screws. on the inside should be a large white or black wheel, hold the outer case with one hand and rotate the wheel counter-clockwise with the other as many times as can without force. on the inside of the wheel should be a small hole, rotate the wheel to line it up with rope guide hole on the outer case/housing. use a nail or small screwdriver to help hold in place. feed the start rope through the 2 holes and tie a knot at the end, single or double depending on the size of the hole. if the end of the rope is frayed, use lighter to melt and twist to a point to make it easier to handle. when reassembling you may need to jiggle the handle for realignment. it works on an inner spring coil tensioner system, so if the cable has no tension when rotated or doesn't recoil back, the starter assembly will need to be replaced.

SOURCE: Husqvarna Leaf Blower won't start

yes, it is. i suggest checking to make sure the plug is firing--you can check by removing it, plugging it back into the plug wire and resting the threads of the plug on any ground--usually right outside the spot where the plug screws in. have someone pull the cord while you see if the plug fires. DON'T touch the plug while the engine is being cranked. also, even if you see a spark, it may not fire inside the engine. if the spark is weak, you may want to put in a new one.

Remove the carburetor carefully noting which fuel line goes where. Remove the section of the carb that the fuel lines attach to. Examine the main carb housing that attached to the part that you removed and you should see a very small screen that is probably blocked from fuel additives that the government requires. Clean that screen and reassemble and reinstall the carb and use fresh fuel/oil mix and use a fuel stabilizer in your mixed fuel.

Primer bulb on my craftsman leaf blower #358797342 wont prime

Check age of gas. Cannot be more than 30 days old.
Make sure to use fresh gas w/synthetic 2-cycle oil @ 40:1 ratio (1 gal.) Gas to 3.2 oz. Oil). Do not use old or stale oil/gas mixture. Always use the proper oil/gas mix. If you do not, your engine will suffer rapid, permanent damage.May need to clean or replace carburetor.

Need to replace both fuel lines on My BVM200 LE leaf blower, 1 large and 1 small fuel line, can You tell what size they are??

On your blower, it looks like the small line supplies fuel to the carburator which will be connected to the fuel filter in the tank, and the large line looks like the fuel return line.

I have a Homelite "Vac Attack" leaf blower model

The fuel line is replaceable by itself, you don't need a new tank. Just make sure you get the same size line or it will leak where it goes into the tank. Any local small engine repair shop should have the line. There are two lines that go into the tank, the pickup line has the filter on it. It not only filters the gas but keeps the end of the line down in the fuel.

Gas does not seem to be getting to the carburetor

Check the fuel lines going to the carburetor from the tank to make sure none of lines have decomposed or gotten soft also check the fuel filter inside the tank to make sure gas can get through...if the lines or filter are bad... replace them...bulk fuel line and filters available at any mower shop or mower parts house....a fairly easy job !!! hope this helps... ;-D

Craftsman gas blower model #358.797130. replaced gas line and filter.Had to take gas tank out to connect line. Cannot find how to connect the carbuetor to stay on the gasket. diagram in the book doesn't...

Probably a couple of screws that you took out to access the carb from inside the air filter housing. Probably Torx head screws. You line up the carb and put the air filter housing back on over the carb, lining up the holes in the engine block.

Does this look like the answer you were seeking? Or did I mis-understand?
