Sounds like data coruption, the easiest and most reliable way fix this is to perfom a factory reset. A factory reset will only wipe the phone contents and leave the Mass memory data in tact, backup all important to to you Mass Memory and perfome a factory reset.
found in menu -> tools -> settings -> general -> Factory Settings.
defualt code is 12345.
this will fix your problem, and about 99% of other software porblems with these phones.

In your email . Go onto Combined email . Tap the header and you will see a list which will include DRAFT and SENT messages . You can tap onto the DRAFT and adjust the message to resend or delete. You can delete any messages in that area
Go to the website and do a password reset. Your security question will appear. Answer it and get your password.
If you can't remb the answer, go to your inbox and look for the email you got when you signed up for bb world. There is a link to delete the account but retain the user id which is your email. Once you have deleted the account. Create a new one using the existing email.
