might need a clean out keeping heat inside of dryer,or you have abad motor,take the vent line off the back of dryer and run it to see if the block is in the vent line or in the dryer,also take off bottom panel,unplug dryer,take out lint filter and then remove the duct that the filter slides into,if it's blocked clean it out and you should be all set,usually the thermal fuse pops when this happens so that's why i say you could have a bad motor

remove top 3 screws along rear..remove screw each side of control on top .next while pushing toward rear on top edge of control pull up and out at bottom edge where control meets lower section lift up each corner may need to remove screws holding main control in place panel has 1 02 connectors on main board there is a release clip on each connector
Manual might be available on line type in your make and full model. Could well be the bulb that blew. Sounds like the door switch thou i see by other postings some times the filters can cause a similer problem
