you have some caps that have failed in the dm module
that will have to be replaced to correct the problem
if your know how to change them and have the tools the caps can be obtained through most electroinc parts suppliers
there 1000mfd 16v we increase working voltage to 35WV
if you can change them let me know and i can give you locations on the board and the dm stands on the right side of chassis at rear

Two things---first if the chips were replaced recently you may have a new one bad.
Second: do the self check that this set has:
when it shuts off and the power light goes off: On the front of the set press and hold BOTH the MENU AND INPUT (or DEVICE) BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME AND HOLD THEM FOR AT LEAST 5 SECONDS AND THEN RELEASE BOTH BUTTONS.
The power light will blink a 2 digit error code:
The most common is 2 blinks, a pause and 2 blinks.
Let me know what you find and I will tell you what it means.

This error code shows that you have a Horizontal failure occurring. It could be a intermittent solder connection on one or more of the yoke connectors. That is the most common issue with shut down due to Loss of Horizontal Deflection. If you are handy with a soldering Iron and confident in general TV knowledge, you can repair this. If not , do not attempted it. Call a Professional. If confident, unplug the set from power, remove the speaker Grills from the front. Then remove the Center Piece of the front panel. You should have access to the front plate. Remove the 6 screws holding in on and place it aside. If you look at the neck of the left CRT', you will see a 4 pin Plug Connector that goes from the High Voltage Board up to the Yoke . You will need to use a flash light and check the solder connection under that yoke plug. Most of the time it will look like it has been arching. Resolder each of the pins. then move to the center CRT and do the same. After that, repeat it again on the CRT to the right. Make sure that each of the pins you solder are not shorted or have Solder Splashes between the pins. Plug in the set and turn on. Hopefully you will not have the problem again. Reinstall the Front Panel Access plate, Center Piece and Speaker Grills.
Hope it does the job,
