Advent aw10 printer will not uninstall

Hi,<br /><br />I think you need to uninstall and reinstall your HP printer drivers.<br /><br />to do this follow these steps:<br /><br /> 1.<br /> Select Start , Settings , and Control Panel .<br /> 2.<br /> Double-click the Add/Remove Programs utility.<br /> 3.<br /> Select the HP Deskjet D2360 Printer and click Add/Remove<br /> 4. Restart your computer<br /><br />To reinstall HP Deskjet D2360 Printer<br /><br /> *<br /> Make sure that the printer is properly set up, turned on, and ready to print.<br /> *<br /> Check that all cables are firmly connected.<br /><br />For Windows XP<br /><br /> NOTE: You must have administrator privileges in Windows XP Professional to install a printer driver.<br /><br /> 1.<br /> Close any unnecessary programs that are running on the computer using the steps below.<br /> 1.<br /> Right-click any program appearing on the Taskbar next to the Start button and choose Close .<br /> 2.<br /> Repeat step a. until all the programs appearing on the Taskbar are closed.<br /> 2.<br /> Click Start , Printers and Faxes , and then Add a Printer .<br /> 3.<br /> Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the installation.<br /><br />For Windows XP Home Version<br /><br /> 1.<br /> Close any unnecessary programs that are running on the computer using the steps below.<br /> 1.<br /> Right-click any program appearing on the Taskbar next to the Start button and choose Close .<br /> 2.<br /> Repeat step a. until all the programs appearing on the Taskbar are closed.<br /> 2.<br /> Click Start , Control Panel , Printers and Other Hardware , Printers and Faxes , and then Add a Printer .<br /> 3.<br /> Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the installation.<br /><br />If I could be of further assistance, let me know.
