When I turn on my phone, at first the screen is blank with a few pinpricks of blue. The blue dots slowly dissapear, and the screen is left completeley white with a bar of lightblue at the top. next, the tiny dots of blue slowly appear again, but they keep showing up until the screen is completely grey. I can still make calls, but i cant see the screen, so icant use the camera or do anything but make calls. thanks--sky

I'm not completely familiar with this phone but the problem is the LCD is not getting the information from the motherboard of your phone. If you dare take it apart you will want to check all your data cable connections,(also called your Flex cable). If this doesn't solve the problem it could also be the screen isn't getting enough energy to operate correctly. you could simply try to start the phone without any battery and just plugged into the wall. If it works normally that way buy a new battery.
