Question about Roper RAS6233KQ Top Load Washer
Hello, you more than likely have a bad drive coupler. To access this you need to tip the unit back lean against the wall. but do not tip all the way over. you need to take the pump off . very simple remove the 2 clips just push up. move the pump out of your way.now you need a 1/4 inch socket remove the 2 bolts and same thing as the pump remove the 2 clips take the motor down. you will now see the coupler. one side goes to the motor the other goes to the transmission. more than likly it's broken. cost $20.00 285753a is the part number. you need a 9/16 socket I usually hammer the new one one useing it.
