Question about GE GSS25LGM Side by Side Refrigerator
Fan is working but not blowing cold air.(compressor out??)
A common problem for your model is the motherboard has possibly failed, compressor start relay and a few other symptoms. Can you pull the refrigerator away from wall, unplug power and remove lower cover that covers the compressor? I need you to do a few things so I can help you determine the problems you are having with your GSS25LGM
I can walk you through the diagnostoics to find out if this is related to your=> WR55X10942 Main Control Board
Here is a manual=>

Unplug the unit and pull it out from the wall. Take the relay off the compressor and shake it. If it rattles, it is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is the part to order.
Keep me posted.

Hi, Look in the freezer section and see if there is frost building up on the rear inside panel. If the is frost, on of three parts are bad in the automatic defrost.
If there is no frost, the compressor might be weak and not pumping the coolant as strong as it should.
Remove the rear inside panel in the freezer sevtion and see if the evaporator is frosting at all.
Please let me know what you find so I can assist you further with this issue.

OK, I think I understand. Thing is we need to do a few things to see if your control board is the problem or if the fan or a freon leak is the answer. You need to tell me if this began suddenly or if over a period of time. I have been having trouble lately from Fixya if the customer (YOU) responds to my solutions. Let me know if you want my help and I will see if I get a email letting me know of your response, Thanks, Sea Breeze

SOURCE: Freezer won't get cold
Defrost the unit completely. There may be ice blockage preventing proper cooling. You may also be low on gas. With the unit off for an hour, restart while observing the largest pipe on the compressor. It should frost and then after about 15 minutes either dry out, form ice or water on it. If it is still frosted, it will need a recharge.
