Question about E-Machines etower 433i PC Desktop
1.if this window appear when OS start just click any button(usually "space") and then you can continue what you wanna do
2.if this window appear when your OS is allready started then is probebly a new software that you instaled recent.

Create a resore point
Click start right click on computer select properties windows update once an update has been installed a new restore point will be set.
or if no updates are available
Click the Windows Start button, right-click "Computer" and select "Properties."
Select "System Protection" in the left menu.
Enter your administrator password or click "Continue" if prompted by the computer.
The "System Properties" window appears.
Click the "Create" button near the bottom of the window to open the System Protection window, which prompts you to enter a description for the restore point.
Type the description in the text box and click "Create."
The restore point is created and a confirmation window appears on the screen.
Click "OK" to exit the window.
