Question about Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5874 Laptop

Display driver r300

When i use my media player 11, i will watch a video and the screen will stop but the sound keeps on, then at the bottom there is an error message......display driver r300 has stopped responding and has recovered, how do i fix this I have the same problem when running movies from youtube in full screen. A solution that works for me is setting the colordepth to 16 bit. Not an ideal solution but at least I get to watch the videos full screen Whenever I watch BBC i-player in full screen it stops working and when I return to small screen it's ok again

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
