Re: no remotes are working,
Well sometimes if you have more then one of the same remotes, then it can work for more then one t.v in your home. So if you have a nother one, try using that one, if not then try to use the guide that came with the remote, if you dont have one, you can call the company of your product, and they can help you step by step.

Hi,this will never works if your remote is not programmed for your tv set, if the original remote is not works you can fixed by cleaning it
any thoshiba remote will works its all the same frequency
hope that will help you
take the batteries out of the remote...now check if you can change channels manually on the big screen.
if so the remote is stuck on one signal that channel u said. get a new remote.
if still same trouble on big screen look hard at the buttons and make sure none are jammed.
also try to get to your setup menu and auto-program the channels it should search everything and then try changing channels.
new stuff alot times plugs come loose, goes back to the factory workers...not pushing them tight
have a tech check that at your home.
The cancel button on the Base unit doesn't seem to work for this, you have to use the "Cancel" Button on the remote.
Once you hit "Cancel" on the remote, the scan should exit, and then the buttons on the base unit should work again (barring any other issues).
You should also be able to allow the scan to finish (takes a while especially if no signal on the channels), and when it's done it will exit.
Hope that helps.
