F11 Motor control unit internal failure MCU board failure or broken wire. Check that harness for loose connection to that white box on the left. That is the MCU. Get a tech manual for your machine HERE
This might just be a loose connection. The MCU pictured here is the white box on the left and above
The tech sheet is behind the kickplate also and it will give you the data you need for your codes.
