Sounds TV needs Ballast Supply board replacement, it is available in Part Store.
If you wish to replace above board by yourself, should have service manual copy that is available HERE for small fee. Or call local TV tech for fix. Thanks.

Hi go to that link and you will get the manual for the TV and it will tell you how to adjust it.
First, have you made any adjustments to the tv other than from the setup menu? If not I have the service manuals for the tv in pdf files and would be glad to send them to you. Let me know I have the same tv and corrected the same problem.
