I can only get my mp3 player to play the song for 10 sec???????

Your player is in "intro" that means all the tracks will be played for 10 sec only. This feature can be swithed off:
On the main menu, select the "Settings" item and press the MENU button
to enter the system settings mode.
Press the PREVIOUS/NEXT button to select setting item and press the
MENU button to confirm or press the PLAY/PAUSE button to
cancel/return.
You should find Music then Repeat mode, here you can select another mode then "Intro" for example Once, Repeat Once, Folder...
I hope I could help.
Thanks.

Have sansa mp3 but no disc and want to set up with my comp is there anywhere online i can get software to do this

Hello,

For the Sansa e200 series there's an overview link, listing all the important directions for the e250 2GB player.
Note: there are 2 e200 versions ( and a Rhapsody version), see:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487/session/L3NpZC95ekVVVURRag%3D%3D/sno/0#e200
Firmware determines the player version and is not interchangeable.
Firmware check: On the player, from the Main Menu > Settings > Info, the firmware can be displayed.

The minimum system requirements for the "old" computer, see the manuals, should be:
Windows SP1 with Windows Media Player 10 running for the e200v1 and
Windows SP2 with WMP10 or higher for the e200v2.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I'm not sure if the old computer supports USB devices like an external harddrive or memory stick.
When it does it's worth a try getting the player connected to the old computer.
The player must be switched to MSC mode to get connected to the computer.
Note: before disconnecting in MSC mode, always safely remove hardware (icon in the right corner of the computer screen below)
When connected In MSC mode, the computer sees the player as a removable disk / memory stick. Transfers can be made using the "drag and drop" method for normally putting data onto a drive.
  • switching to MSC mode through the menu:
1. Select the Setting item in Main Menu.
2. Select the USB mode item.
You can select Auto Detect or MSC mode.
3. Select MSC mode.

The manual of the e200v2 series does not give / show this option.
When not having the MSC menu function above, go through next steps for connecting the e200v2 in MSC mode.
  • switching to MSC mode, using the player's buttons:
1. Turn device OFF.
2. Slide the hold switch to the direction of the headphone jack so an orange color would show putting the device on Hold.
3. Press and hold the (| <<) button while connecting the device to the PC.

I hope this information gives all the support you need.
Just post a comment when needing more help.

No radio in menu. only music. voice .settings .

The service may not be available in your area. Make sure the headphones are connected to the player when searching for radio stations: Here's pg 15 of the user manual:

FM Radio (if applicable)
The Sansa
®
player includes an integrated FM radio for listening to live broadcast FM
stations. Please note that the FM Radio function may not be available in your region.
Listening to FM Radio
To listen to live broadcast FM station, follow these steps:
1. Select FM Radio from the Main Menu.
2. A radio frequency menu will appear.
3. Press |<< or >>| to adjust and search for the desired frequency, or select
preset by pressing Select.
4. For fast search, press and hold the |<< or >>| buttons.

I need 2 know how 2 uninstall info from my mp-4001 moV.ox centon

Do this procedure for "voice" mode to delete voice recordings:

Delete file (stop submenu) - Delete corresponding files and save files in Music mode, Voice mode or FM mode.
1. In stop interface (FM without stop interface)
2. Short press "MODE" to enter stop submenu
3. Click "NEXT" or "PREV" to choose "single" or "all" files
4. Short press "MODE" to enter the Delete interface
5. Click "NEXT" to change "no" into "yes"
6. Short press MODE to confirm the delete prompt
"Delete all" will delete all related files stored in the selected folder. For example, if in music mode "Delete all" will delete all the music files, while other recorded files (e.g. voice recordings or FM recordings) will not be deleted.
Likewise, if "Delete all" is used when in the "Replay" menu, this will delete all recorded files but leave music files intact.
FM is much simpler – "Delete" or "Delete all" will delete the station(s) saved before.
