Question about Computers & Internet
I recently bought a Gateway M-2610H laptop. It's a great laptop, but I'm not a big fan of Vista (I've had to work with it too much at work and still prefer XP).
I'm currently Dual booting it with Ubuntu Linux and Windows Vista. I'd prefer to swap Vista out for XP, but I'm not having a lot of luck finding the drivers. I've been able to find the video and wireless drivers, beyond that I can only find Vista versions.
If anyone has any tips or ideas for finding the XP drivers that would be great. Thanks.
Ya might be able to get the drivers ya want this is a vista machine redid my wifes new dell desktop got rid of vista had a little trouble had to go to microsoft and download all new updates for Xp vista is not to bad once you reload it and install again all the **** goes away. i'm a linux fan but its a bit sticky to, gate way has propretary softwareput in by factory and all ya want is basic vista.
