Have the disc examined and the unit itself for that matter.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Manual for a sonyhandy cam HDR -HC5E .LOST ORIGINAL

This page should be able to help you. http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DOCS&PRODTYPE=37 I would use option 2: Product: Digital Camcorders Country: Series: DVD Handycam Camcorders Model: That should then return your manual. Best Wishes!

My tas cam ld-74 will not record me at all i can here me thru my headset but i cannot record with my recording software

If you can hear the mike with your headset, I would assume that there is no electronic problem. Check the disk space on your PC to see if the disk is full (a full disk would prevent the software from recording). Check to see if you have the output file defined and targeted to a disk drive that has free space.

Hello, i have a DVD-R disc, 30 minutes, 1.4 GB, handycam and we recorded some videos, one month later our recorder havent´t charge, we conected it for being charged, after that we would like to see...

I am so so sorry my friend, but like millions of other people you too have found that DVD disks for recording movies simply do not work.
The disks are 98% un-reliable for movie recordings and this is why people like myself a Pro Movie maker for 30 years keep telling the silly sods who make movie camera WE WANT TAPE cameras back, and the only one which ever worked well was 8mm tape.
I surgest you call those fools on the Sony line and tell them that you like us do NOT trust these Sony disk cams on 01256 828828 UK number.
I will be pleased if you let me know how you get on, because these disks simply are rubbish.

Movie recording disabled

it's either you finalized a disk or your memory stick is full. if possible delete recordings and or photos in your memory stick to enable recording, or put a blank disc..once a disc is finalized it cannot be used to record on the cam but could still be viewed on the cam by selecting the media format,

Hi, I wanted to ask how safe and secure is MSN webcam and does the webcame record you?

its pretty safe, unless the person watching your cam has a webcam recording software that can capture and save to disk what is being shown on cam.
