Whenever I playback my CANON MV830 I am get 5 Grey Horizontal lines across the screen and the sound is a bit distorted and snatches of conversation are missing.
I have tried cleaning the cassette heads but the problem remains. The problem is there with every tape I try to play despite these tapes playing perfectly before.
Please can someone offer a solution. I would be extremely grateful.
when i play my tapes i have 6 grey thick lines and the sound cuts in and out. This is happening with every tape i play. I have tryed cleaning but the problem is still the same . any advise would be grateful
