If you hear the motor trying to work then try to push the disk out by try holding the eject button for couple of seconds or press it and hold it couple of times real quick. If that works you need to leave disk in it in order to get the disc tray to keep ejecting I a have cdrom that works like this. If not take it apart and take out the cd you need and replace the disc tray with motor that works.
Any message appearing? like 60.X ? '*Open 'tray two' check 'open message (if No check switch 102) YES '*remove tray2 lift drive mechanism(RM1-1074-000CN) check is it working? there is a little sticker on the cross rail above the radiator. It has a picture of a long wrench being applied to the tensioner in order to release tension. You will need a wrench to do that. Try all your open end wrenches until you find the right one then rig an extension for it. hose clamps and a pipe or a broom stick may come in handy.
Now you can either spend a day trying to snake the new belt down and around the lower crank pulley, or you can spend an hour and pull off the right front wheel and remove the service panel behind the wheel in the wheel well. With that panel off snaking the new serpentine belt is a snap and you need someone to hold it in place while you move the tensioner, he puts the belt on, and you release the tensioner. Now while you are in there with the service panel open, as the car is 14 years old, you might want to replace the tensioner itself and the right side "dog bone" motor mount. They both tend to also go bad with age and use and both come out with two bolts. Once you have mastered the right dog bone, you can pull the battery tray and do the one on the driver's side. the bolts which hold the battery tray on are undone through the left front wheel well.
More than likely a belt which runs from the load/unload motor to the CD tray. Replace this and everything should work. I've done dozens of them. Unless you are pretty handy with electrical components I'd recommennd a repair shop. A straight forward repair If it's the problem I described, about 40 minutes work if that.
Just make sure there isn't a disk caught up at the rear of the tray. If you are missing a CD that's possibly where it is. That could be stopping the tray from opening.
Turn the computer off,Remove power cable.Use a peper clip insert it through a hole infront of the dvd drive this will eject the door.Make sure once this is opened the tray is aligned properly, slide it in and out.Push it in all the way then power up the computer. This may work for a while, before it goes again,so you might have to replace it.
open up your machine then check the cd tray there is a motor that drives the tray. between the motor there are gears which rolls the tray in and out. check properly you will see a belt '' blader kind of'' plz replace with brand new one it will work fresh coz if the belt is worn out then it means motor can not pull the gears to enable opening and clossing of your cd tray
