Problems With Web configuration

Try this -

1) Check the IP Address first
2) Assuming that you have Windows XP. you may click on start -> run and type 'CMD'; Click 'OK'
3) This must bring up a black screen, which is the command prompt
4) Next to the cursor, type 'IPCONFIG' and hit enter
5) This will give you some information and one of them would be the Default Gateway, which would be the IP Address of the Zyxel router (if the computer is actually getting a connection from the router) and this IP Address is the one which can be used in the Internet Browser to open the web configuration
6) In the previous steps I'm assuming that the IP Address of router is not 192.168.1.2
7) In case, we have an IP Address of 192.168.1.2 and you are still not able to pull up the web configuration, check for any software firewall. Disable it temporarily.
