White lines on my greeting cards

After full maintenance on my iP4000 printer I still get the lines. Don't make this too difficult I'm 78 yrs old lol

As the black ink ran out? If not try doing a maintenance nozzle clean a few times if that don't work by a new carriage and try that.

Not printing full solid, lines, ghosting, streaking, often type is not even printed/unreadable


go to the printer control software on your pc and find maintenance or troubleshooting menu. select option to clean print head.

You clean it your printer maintenance software.If you are not success then it is out of order i mean damage.You can take a decision you put in water 4 hours.After all dust ink soft then dry it and clean it maintenance software.

IP4000 Color Printing Problem


If you have a monochrome option, I would use that.
I'm guessing that your old black and white photo's (which I'm thinking you scanned in may have a sepia tinge which the printer is emphasizing, and if you only want black/white prints, no need to print with colour.

Printer problem


Hi , did you check nozzle what color appear , some ink cartidge are old stock and dry , pullout cartridge clean the contact nozzle .
