Zune lock i forgot my zune lock so what do i do

Zune lock is the switch at the top of the zune correct? Slide it into unlock position.

If it's passworded and you can't get it unlocked
try this:
Reset Zune: Press and hold the back button while pressing up on the control pad.
Connect Zune to a power source: If the Zune device is in sleep mode, this action will wake the Zune device and turn it on. If the battery does not have a charge, you may have to wait several minutes for the Zune device to turn on.

Also, make sure that the hold button on top of your zune is turned to the off position.

Press the back button and down on your zune pad.....or you can just go to your marketplace on you zune software and get you password

Reset the zune by holding back and the up key you are prolly going to lose everything on it
