Can it take meat and vegetables at the same time?

I make a great tender roast in crock pot with meat potatoes carrots onions put all of this in crock pot at one time add 1 cup water and one envelope dry onion soup mix mixed with another cup of water and pour over entire ingredients placed in crock pot . turn on med setting and cook for the day .It's a meal in one !

Food does not seem to be cooking properly. Did a pork roast and it came out dry and tough. Make tortelli soup and the celery and carrots were still hard.

you might need to freeze your meats if you have then you need to probably go with a different temperature on your oven by setting it to 350 degrees instead of 450 that could probably be why the meat is overcooking always baste your meat in juices from the meat use a turkey baster that can help or add more water to your meat and vegetables that takes more time for the meat to cook but the product will come out more juicer.

Yes you can use any cheaper cuts of meat or chicken and yes less liquid is used in slow cookers. add hard veges n use green veges for end of cooking time. cook for 6 or 8 hrs on low. Yeilds ecellent results. Find slow cooker books for great meals n desserts. I use mine every week.

Cats are obligate carnivores, which means their natural diet is strictly raw meat ONLY. Cats biologically need the complete amino acid chain that is supplied in animal protein. Vegetables have amino acids but are missing certain parts, dogs and humans have the biological ability to synthesize the missing amino acid in vivo but cats can not. So long story short, no vegetables are not good for cats.

If this microwave is a convection oven, you don't give make or model, treat as a fan assisted oven. 20 minutes per pound and 20 minutes extra for the meat, veg is best microwaved for a few minutes except potatoes, put them in the dish with the meat. Cover to stop splashing and set temperature to 190 Celcius 370 in proper temperature.
I am getting hungry now!

please clarify your problem, i am providing only general solution, any "contraption" of that type is divided into several sections, on the very bottom is ash container, above is fire and at the very top is food compartment. food compartment is usually insulated from direc fire.

as a fire you can use any "sweet" hardwood, any fruit tree cuttings, branches, kindlings are fine, so is hickory, oak will turn food bitter, do not use it then, do not use mapple, birch or ivy either, they will turn food very sour, do not ever use grass, pine or similar, they do spoil food acrid and turn smokehouse acrid for very long time.

do not allow vigorous fire as this will raise temperature to high and you will be baking not smoking!

as a rule of thumb, per 1000g of mass is required 1h of smoking, temperature, depending on meat/product (you can smoke cheese, fruits and others!) should be between 60centigrade and 85 centigrade, lower the temperature (optimal for virtually everything is about 72 to 75 centigrade), better product and better taste, but extended time!

prepare your meat according to favourite recipy, smoke, prepare pot with boiling water, immediatelly after removal from smoke, immerse your meat (especially susages for about 10 sec into boiling water, allow to dry and store in coolroom or dry it above your "normal" cooking stove in your kitchen, it will not spoil, it will just become more dry.

now, how to care, afte smoking, empty ash and fire "department", wipe clean all working surfaces, prevent from direct rain, you can use bit of lard ot grease food compartment, but it is not necessary, experience will teach you more :-)

Gray meat

Sounds like the Venturi tube needs adjustment. Look underneath and fully open up the tube so the maximum amount of air gets in. As for the meat being gray, make sure that before you put the meat on, the grill has been pre-heated (with lid closed) until the temperature is pegged, and also always brush the meat with cooking oil to help insure browning. If you marinade meat, let the marinade drain off and dry meat with a paper towel.
