First we need to determine what movement is in the watch.
Look on the back of the watch. You will see some numbers there will be a 4 digit number followed by a dash and 6 or 7 digit number.
The 4 digit number is the movement number. example e760 or b210. Ctizen has hundreds of them.
Next click on this link:
enter the movement number and click on get setting instructions.

Go to World Time Mode (WT) by pressing the "mode" button,then go to LON.Press "adjust" button until DST appears/*dissapears (2-3 sec).
*when out of DST period
