It sounds like your 2210 needs some new gaskets and new piercing crowns, there are plenty of authorized lavazza service centers in the NYC area as this is their US headquarters.

Power down, press and hold language button, power up and the machine should go through a rinse cycle and start heating. That is what I did anyway and the fault cleared .

My Lavazza Blue coffee machine does not press enough to punch the holes. The coffee comes out water. What should I do.

After 1700 shots it is recommended that both upper and lower punchers as well as all seals in the brew unit be replaced. These punchers are only plastic so they do get worn down after much use. You may also be experiencing more water in your drawer as water is leaking from around the capsule seal. This is also an indication that the seals and punchers should be replaced. Given where you go to have this fixed, the parts may cost less than $15.00.

I am considering buying a Lavazza LB2210 Espresso Machine. Owner says the screen says "fill with water" after she descaled the machine. What kind of cost am I looking at to get this fixed?

There is a floating plastic block in the water chamber that sits next to a sensor in the machine, that tells the machine whether the water reservoir is full or not. if its stuck, that could be the simplest fix ever. It could also be the sensor at fault, but it should be easy to test the float first

Just need instructions to descale my Lavazza Blue coffee machine

Using a proper coffee machine descaler, create the mix in the water container
Go into the service menu by pressing the 'Stop' button when you turn it on. Scroll throuigh the menu until you reach 4. Descale. Press enter, then scroll to 4.3 Do it now. Press enter and toggle to yes, press enter

It will then run through the descaling cycle which may take some time. After its complete, thouroghly clean the tank and pump lots of water through the system before you brew any coffee, Replace the filter also

Machine is plugged in...but when the switch is flipped, the machine refuses to turn on (yes there is power to the outlet).

Could be a defective power switch or open line cord/plug. You will need a voltmeter to determine which is at fault.

Lavazza point espresso machine no steam

Sounds like a clogged steam pipe or a jammed two-way valve. First, I would try unfolding a small paper clip and then stick it up the spout of the steam pipe. if this does not free up the steaming arm then it is most likely a clogged two way valve. Should you need service you can call 781-393-2929. we are an authorized lavazza distributor and service center
