You can follow these steps to reset your watch manually:

1. Press and hold "SET" button for 2 seconds until the hour digit.
2. Press "ADJUST" button to change the value of the hour digit.
3. Press the "SET" button once, the minute digits will flash.
4. Press the "SET" button once, the second digits will flash.
5. Press the "SET" button, "12H" or "24H" will flash.

You may need to try to repair or replace the quartz movement, this link will help you out.

1. Take the cover off the back of the remote sensor.
2. Set the chanel to ch.1. (I tried all three but only ch.1 worked for me).
3. Use a stick, needle, what ever you can (but you need two) and hold down the reset button on both the sensor and the clock at the same time.)

If done right, it should only take a few seconds to start.
The outside temp is delayed at first. Be patient.

Set the Time Manually:
If you want to set your alarm clock a little ahead or if the unit ever loses time for any reason, the time can be set manually by following these steps.
1) Press and hold the "CH./SET" button for seven seconds to begin the manual time set mode. (2 BEEPS) The hour will flash on and off.
2) Adjust each setting by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons. Confirm and move on to the next setting by pressing the "CH./SET" button.

This works for me. You have to be sure to keep pressing the CH/SET button for the full seven seconds -- the first beep the the clock gives you will only allow you to set the time zone and DST function.

these really aren't atomic clocks and are set at the factory. It receives, it's LF signal out of Colorado and should correct itself. If not contact the manufacturer.

While the radio POWER is off, press the "MODE" button 6 times Press "CH-" to decrease hours, "CH " to increase. Press "mode" again when hour is correct. Repeat for minute, month, date, year, etc.
