Question about HP PSC 750 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Need larger font size for e-mail

I have a HP PSC750 that was no problem. I recently installed office 2007.Now everything prints as desired except the e-mail prints out in very small font and I can't read it without a mag. glass.
I downloaded and updated a driver - no help. The new office has Outlook which I am not using. I was and still am using Comcast e-mail.

I had no problems until I installed office 2007.

Any suggestions on how can I get the fonts back to normal size?
Comcast says this is not their responsibility and will provide no help.

thats fine but you still have to have a program to compile your email. what is the program you use? is it on your local pc or do you go online and read thru concast? You have to change the font in that program.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to make font size larger

On a WIN7 or 8 PC, right click on desktop, left click Screen Resolution and lower the resolution to make everything larger. If you just want the fonts larger, go into Control Panel, Display & change the font size. Both methods don't always give you the desired visual results, but there is no harm in trying each. Good Luck

How do i reset my email fonts

Changing font size for reading in Outlook and Gmail

To read Mail in a larger font in Outlook:
  • Hold down Ctrl while turning the scroll wheel on your mouse down.
In Outlook 2007 and later, alternatively
  • Open the message in its own window.
  • Click Other Actions.
  • Select Zoom... from the menu.
  • Choose the desired zoom level.
  • Click OK.
Outlook will not remember the zoom level.

Since this does not work with plain text emails (the mouse wheel does), also select Tools ' Options... from the menu, go to the Mail Format tab, click Fonts... and use the Choose Font... button under When composing and reading plain text: to choose a bigger font. The above instructions are courtesy of About.com.

How do I enlarge font especially on e mails

To change the size of text in your email messages:
  1. Click the "Mail Options" link in the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click the "General Preferences" link.
  3. Next to "Font Size," select your preferred font size. "Smaller" will make the font of messages one size smaller than your browser's default setting; "larger" will make the font one size larger.
  4. Once you have chosen a new font size, click the "Save" button to activate your new settings.
  5. Yahoo will confirm the changes by displaying, "Your changes have been recorded."
Please note that the above steps will affect only the text of your email messages, and only those messages displayed in plain text (the fonts of HTML messages will not be affected).
To change the font size of all of the text in the Yahoo interface, you must change the default font size of your browser.
Internet Explorer users:
  1. In the View menu, choose "Text Size."
  2. From the menu that appears, select your desired font size.
  3. Your selection will take effect immediately.
Netscape users:
  1. From the Edit menu, choose "Preferences." This will open up another window.
  2. Click on the "+" symbol to the left of "Appearance." Note: Netscape 6.0 users will see a little triangular arrow.
  3. Select "Fonts."
  4. Netscape will display your current font settings. Make all desired changes and click "OK."
  5. Your selection will take effect immediately.
To change the font size of other browsers, please refer to your browser's help files.

Just maybe it is the size of the original e-mail and your monitor makes it appear larger. The way  that I do it is to copy and past the email into a word processor, like WORD, then set the type font to the size that I want before printing, then print from that file

Hp PSC 750 had no problem and printed e-mail using comcast.net with about 12 or 14 font size. I installed office 2007. Now the printer remains ok except the font in printing e-mail messages or messages...

Dixon on HP Chat was extremely helpful on fixing the problem. He told me how to fix the problem but out time run out between chats. With an e-mail prepared to print, select File, print review, select zoom and click on fit to page. That did it, thanks much to a person named Dixon at the HP Chat line.
Problem fixed no further assistance needed at this time. Thanks very much.

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer
Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading
Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
