Question about eMachines T5062 PC Desktop
My desktop is not picking up the ethernet cable even though it is connected , I really need help on this guys please help me.
With the machine on and the cable connected on both ends (1 to computer and the other end to the Router or Modem that needs to be powered up) look where the cable plugs into your computer. Is there a green or orange light on. There may be two. Normally one that stays on steady is the CONNECT. This one is normally green color LED. When Data is being transmitted a second LED will be flickering showing data transfer. If you have no LED lights showing directly by the Ethernet cable, try another cable. Reminder: also make sure you have power on the router/ cable/dsl modem.
Hope this helps..
