If to have the iPad before the camera was added, you have the original iPad. If you synced the photos from your computer, you have to remove the photos by syncing with iTunes again, but you have to "uncheck" the albums or folders that you want to remove.
1.Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
2.Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
3.Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
4.Uncheck all of the albums or folders that you want to remove from the iPad under the Sync Photos from heading.
5.If you want to remove all of the photos - uncheck the Sync Photos From heading
6.Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

If you want to delete pictures from iPad which are synced from computer, you will still rely on iTunes. You can choose another folder to sync with iPad, or delete the pictures you don't need in the original folder, and then sync the folder to iPad with iTunes again.
delete photos from my apple ipad - delete-photos-from-apple-ipad-oxaxc0rwhkhzilrwacqreyis-2-0.jpg Syncing iPad with iTunes is easy to be done. When the sync is finished, you will get the folder on your iPad. If you have deleted the pictures in that folder, you'll also get rid of those pictures on your iPad as well. But if you want to delete pictures from iPad directly, you won't have an easy way, and using iTunes isn't a simple method, and during the sync, you may lose pictures which you don't want to lose. At this moment, you'd better take advantage of the third-party iPad transfer software to delete pictures from iPad.

SOURCE: transfere photo from laptop to apple ipad

An easy way to transfer one photo would be to just email it to yourself and then download the photo from your email on the iPad.
The alternative option is to connect the iPad to your laptop and then open iTunes and sync the photo from your laptop to the iPad.

How do I delete photos from original ipad?

Find the Photo that you want to delete - eg in Photos, select the photo using the Select (top right of window) then press each photo you want to delete ( a small tick mark will appear) then you can use the trash can at the bottom to delete them).

Same on iPhone too.

How to delete from ipad

I may misunderstand here, is Photo Vault an app? Then you need to press the icon (on the desktop) until it 'shivers', then press the 'x' and confirm you want to delete the app.

If you refer to 'My Photo Stream', it's a part of Apple's iCloud. You can turn it off by choosing 'Settings' from desktop, then 'iCloud' and then 'Photos'. Here you can turn on/off 'My Photo Stream'.

Hope this helps...

How do I clear up photo space on my iPad?

Plug it into your computer and open iTunes. Click "Photos" and follow the instructions to sync your photos. Then empty your library. If you don't want to sync with iTunes, you can also use your favorite camera importing app like "Image Capture" Just choose "Delete on Import" options and your iPad will be clear when finished.

Deleted video on iPad 2 by accident

Do you live in the United States? If you do then you can download them again for free - as long as the movies are available for free downloads. Apple has not forged agreements with every movie studio yet so you just have to check.

Launch iTunes, and tap on the purchased tab. In the upper left corner you will see a "View" button. Tap that in order to toggle among music, TV Shows and Movies. Select Movies and then see if the movies appear. If they do, tap the Movie icon and then tap the cloud icon next to the icon in order to begin the download.

You have to use the same Apple ID that you used to purchase them.

If you do not live in the U.S. then you will have to purchase them again.

Besides, I do like to share you another tutorial recovery deleted video from iPad 2, hope it can help you.

My photos and vidios got deleted accidently can i restore them

So, have you accidentally deleted them from your iPad 2? I did the same thing a couple weeks a go. Here is the solution I found:
If you have back up your photos before, you can restore from the backup.
Look at this tutorial from Apple:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
If you have no backup for your data on iPad 2, iPad photo recovery software is your last shot! I used Tenorshare iTunes Data Recovery and it worked well. Give it a shot! Get it from http://www.any-data-recovery.com/product/itunes-data-recovery.htm
