Do you know anything about automotive electrical ? How to follow a wiring diagram ? Basic electrical testing ? Using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter etc.... You could go to http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams ! Enter your vehicle info ,year ,make , model an engine size . Then under system click on electrical distribution ,then under subsystem click on power distribution . It will show 2 diagrams found . Click on the search button an two blue links will pop up .Click on the first one scroll down to last diagram . This is a diagram of ignition switch an power feeds ! Check the two yellow wires for B+ voltage . No power there would mean one of the fusible links blew . Scroll back to the top diagram ,the fusible links are shown at the top left .They hookup at the starter solenoid > There are videos on youtube showing basic electrical testing , how to read a wiring diagram , how to use a DVOM . This is how you have to find the problem ,testing !

MY BRAKE LIGHTS WORK BUT MY TAIL LIGHTS OR DASH LIGHTS WONT. I CHECKED AND REPLACED FUSES

How do you turn those lights on for your vehicle ? Headlamp switch ? I would say what ever controls (turns on) would be the culprit ! Test first ,find a wiring diagram an check B+ voltage to the switch . The wiring diagram will show which color wire it is , then with light switch in the running lamps position only , not headlamps . The diagram will show which wire should have B+ voltage . If there is any the switch is bad . There are videos on youtube for basic automotive electrical testing ! If your not sure take it to a qualified repair shop !

Wiring diagram for 3 way 2 socket lamp

Where is the switch located? If you buy a replacement switch at Home Depot it usually comes with a diagram that shows you how to wire it. If the switch is built into the light socket just replace the socket the switch is included.

I wana put 04 harley hand controls on a 89 harley need wiring diagram

I think the wire colors changed sometime after 2000. If you still have the old controls, you may can make up your own wiring diagram. While you've got the switch housings open to put them on the handlebars, write down what color wires come off of what switch. Do the same with your old switches and your new switchs. If your horn button uses a red and a black wire on your old controls, and your new switch uses a red/white and black wire, then draw your diagram to match the red/white wire where the red wire went.

You're going to have to do a certain amount of this as you will not find a wiring diagram that shows an 89 model bike with 2004 handle bar wiring on it. Good Luck!
