Remover the Printer Cable from your Computer/Laptop
Uninstall Printer Software
- Go to Control Panel
- Go to Programs/ Program and Features / Add Remove Programs
- Go to Select the Printer Software
- Click Uninstall
Remove all the Printers
- Connect the Printer Cable
- Reinstall the Software Drivers
- Check the Test Page

ENTER SERVICE MODE BY PRESSING ADDITIONAL FUNCTION 28 ADDITIONAL FUNCTION THEN GO TO CLEAR OPTION AND CLEAR THE ERROR .RESTART THE MACHINE
