Hey, i own a husqvarna sm610 and im trying to remove the stock tail light and blinkers and install a new LED tail tidy strip.

Keep things simple and make this much easier. You will need a test light and probe each of the wires and you will have to do each wire while the lights are on, then the brake applied and then the turn signal and you will be in business in short order. Be shure to make all connections secure and use shrink tubing to waterproof the wires.

you are missing something
you describe 3 led lights --2 green and one unlit then you go on about a red led light
suggest that you get in an accredited electrician to check the circuit
it is possible that you are testing with the wring tester

Abs has caused brake lights to fail

Check the wires going to the stoplight switch on the brake pedal. If one of them is broken (gray wire or green wire) it can cause this problem. Or it may be the stoplight switch itself. Let me know what you find.

Honda in general uses standardized wiring scheme:

Wiring new light over kitchen sink

Typically, the white wire is neutral. ANY non-white wire [except green] is hot. Green is typically ground.

Hot wire should go first to a switch or safety device [fuse or circuit breaker]. If this is an unswitched light fixture, the wires will go directly to the bulb sockets. Follow the color codes I just described.

Another solution is to get a continuity tester or ohm meter. The hot lead should show connection to the center contact in any socket.

Green and copper are the ground wires and I believe you can connect both these to the green wire from the fan (I only have the copper wire in the actual ceiling box). Black and Red can be treated as both black and both can be connected to the black wire from the fan (this is what I did in all my fans and it worked). White is the neutral wire and can be connected to the white wire from the fan (this is what I did in all my fans and it worked).

My ceiling box has the copper, red, black, and white wires. The ceiling plate for the fan I bought had a green wire. I connected the green wire from the ceiling plate and the copper wire from the ceiling box to the green wire from the fan.
