I have the Samsung BD-E5400 Blu-Ray Disc. Pandora did not recognize my
log in and I had to go online to Samsung.com and download the latest
software update BSP-E5400WWB-1006.0 and save it on my computer in a zip
file. Then I had to unzip it and save the RUF file with the same name
BSP-E5400WWB-1006.0.RUF on a thumb drive. I inserted the thumb drive in
the back of the Blu-Ray and went into settings/support/software upgrade
and picked the option to upgrade by usb. This quickly uploaded the
updated software and restarted my Blu-Ray. Everything was fine then. I
was able to go into Pandora and it recognized my account and
email/password.
Hi, First time you need to activate your account. Open pandora from your blueray and memorize password it gives you. Then, you need go to pandora.com/samsung and enter password and create your stations (actor/actress names). It should work!
On the TV screen, there should be an option to get a new code. Typically, the code is time sensitive, so you need to use the activation code within 30 minutes, or so. To join your device and your Pandora account, you do need a Pandora account, and have the password for this account to use on the PC. The activation code on the TV will be different. Hope this helps.
