Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: My remote control stopped operating my Boston

You can contact the BA. As they will make arrangement to take it back and replace it. BA is a good company and they give consumer feedback as soon as possible. Well, only if you haven't got an answer to your question.

SOURCE: Unit looses time

I just received a email from BA re this issue. They were amazingly prompt and friendly. Here is what I was advised to do:

"One thing to try is to let the radio recalibrate itself, this is done by leaving the unit completely unpowered and unplugged for 48 hours to let the cap drain and the unit will recalibrate itself"

To perform a "soft reset"(all settings are erased)
Unplug radio
Hold alarm 1 button and plug in radio
Keep holding alarm 1 button until 3 numbers appear.
Release alarm 1 button and unplug radio.
Plug radio in and all will operate normally

Tuner doesn't work

Turn the main (volume) knob all the way until volume reads 00, leave the button (volume) pressed until the radio beeps - be patient it takes a while - after this turn the knob all the way or until you reach an acceptable volume limit, push the knob again until beep then turn radio off.

Dear Support, I have a Boston Horizon Trio Radio. The screeen remain blocked with the word "BOSTON" the buttons dont work. I have tried to plug the service cable to my PC, but nothing. Please, can you help...

Hi Roberto, I have the same problem after not using the Trio for about 2 month while it was unplugged. BA told me to unplug for 48 hours - of course this didn't help. Have you found a solution?

My remote control stopped operating my Boston Acoustics Horizon Duo-1. I know it is not the remote because I have a 2nd Duo-i Horizon that can be operated by both remote control units. Thanks, Booker
