Many notebooks do not have a wireless switch, if they do, then it will be easy to locate, and will be either a button or slide switch with a wireless icon marking it. If you're machine doesn't have one, or if you can't locate it we're going to assume it doesn't, then this is generally a driver glitch. Uninstall the wireless drivers from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will detect the wireless card and autoatically reinstall the drivers. Try this and let me know.
