Question about Lands Phones
I don't know if you can help as the Elements phone is not on your list? & I have mislaid the instruction booklet!
Anyway I have 3 handsets & 2 chargers. Last night one of the handsets lost its power (thanks to my son, say no more!) therefore when I tried to locate the handset the pager did not work.I found the phone, and put it on to charge. However I found that none of the handsets have their individual location names on any more, and won't let me re-program the set up or connect with the telephone line! Each Handset has flashing Logo ' Base 1' so I rather think this means that somehow or other they have lost their registration with the base station? Plus when I try to access the ' Setup ' section on the menu, the action is unavailable! Grrr!
Would you possibly have any suggestions as to how I might solve this problem please?
I had power outage last night now corder at&t 1855 led's keep flashing keeps telling me about power outage before every new message. How do I get rid of the flashing?

SOURCE: BT Studio 3100 handset 1.
The handset seemed to function approx 3hours after i posted the problem, it let me register the handset with the base, and now everything all ok.

if you can get dial tone with another phone, look into manual for any instructions, usually a toll free number for help. ( BEST ) otherwise take phone back for exchange. may be problem in the board.

I had the same problem!
What you need to do is hold the "end" and "#" key for 5 sec, which will deregister the headset then all you would have to do is place it back in the base for it to registered again.
