Re: RDC3100 INCOMPATABLE WITH VISTA??
Relisys is at the moment in administartion, so there is not likely to be any drivers for Vista, but i think if you connect your cam to the pc it will find your cam and you should be able to see it in my computer as a seperate removoble drive and explore the folders in the camera memory or it should ask if you wish to transfer pictures to the picture gallery.

There is possibility that the CD rom is Not function properly. or the cd installer is not readable. however you can check the DVD/CD rom by inserting othe disc that is clean and new. please see the documentation of your Myone touch if it is compatible in VISta.
software incompatable with your os version or wrong software for device.
vista has many of these issues, have to spend all day looking for compatable drivers for something youve just bought brand new from shop..
If you go to this location you'll find the Vista software for your printer. Just remember to disconnect your USB cable or Firewire Cable during the install until the software tells you to or until its done and then connect and restart. If windows says if found new hardware, click Cancel as you've already installed it. Mark if you have the Acers restore or rescue disks, you should be able to use these to get your system back up and running.
I,d suggest your problem/conflict With your Application Crash is an incompatable program with vista.
The Only other suggestion i have, is to boot the computer with Vista in the CD/DVD Drive, and re-install over the top of your existing system.
Alternative is to Install Windows XP, More reliable Tried And Tested. And definately more Compatable with Software.
Some one else had this problem and i explained i couldn't find any software for that mp3 player that was compatible for Windows Vista so i told him to try and use Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to put songs on and he said it worked.
To use Windows Media Player 10 or 11, connect your iPod then go to Windows Media Player at the top click on the link called "Sync" now your on that on the right is a pane drag and drop your music there then click "Start Sync" once sink is complete disconnect and see if that works.
You do not need software to upload images to your computer.
Simply plug the camera in and the Computer will show it as a new drive in 'My Computer'
Windows will put a screen up asking where you want the images placed- just follow the prompts to 'My pictures' or where ever else you want them to go.
If you are minus editing software- then do a Google for Picasa' the free one.
My advise for all digi camera owners is leave the disc in the box and let Windows do the work.
