Question about Microwave Ovens
If you are able look first to see if the turntable moves or not---possible causes are but not limited to: bad inverter (power board) or Magnetron.
If either or both of those are bad they are expensive parts---if not a expensive unit maybe cheaper to but a new one---note that a lot of these have special bolts so in order to take apart need special bits.
If the table does not turn it may be the safety switch used in most of these that is located inside the door jam---got at from inside and it prevents the table or unit from working if not engaged.

Galanz's website seems to be useless. I tried finding information but kept being told "no data available." So while I can't tell you where to find the manual, here's something to try. Most microwaves get put into lock by pressing and holding one of the buttons for longer than normal, or by pressing one of the buttons several times in a row. Some ovens use the TIMER button. It won't be one of the number keys, but one of the function buttons. So start with a button, press and hold it for at least 5 seconds before you let go. If nothing happens then try another button. If that doesn't solve the problem, then try pressing each function key several times before moving on to the next one. If that still doesn't get it going, maybe a store in your area that sells Galanz will take a look at the book for you. The process should be the same for any similar model.

You might have a little trouble with this one. But all I can suggest is sending an email
to them and ask for the manual. They should have a pdf version online but I don't read
any Chinese so can give you that directly. Most household goods companies tend to
respond within a few days about manuals.
