a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Probably -- the 4mm gives too much magnification for you telescope-- difficult to focus or find thing in the sky-- you should also have had an eyepiece somewhere between 17mm and 24mm for lower power viewing.

You can download a manual at the MEADE telescope web site for free-- find one that is similar to your telescope and use it to figure out what parts you are missing, and to learn how your scope works.

Sorry no manuals for these very small telescopes-- but Meade has a telescope similar to yours --- most likely--- go to this web site and download one of their manuals for free--

eye pieces are interchangeable and you will want a few of them for different magnifications.
The previous owner probably got a new scope and kept them for that.
Here's where I go for lens' in Toronto Canada.
The rule of thumb is cheaper eyepieces are ok for the low magnification 35mm-20mm but as you get to higher magnification a better eyepiece will make more of a difference. How expensive is up to you and how serious you are into this. I think my better lens was a used tele-vue for $80

Yes, there is already a link posted on Fixya-
This appears to be a small 60mm refractor style telescope on an equatorial mount. The mount must be polar aligned in order to use it properly. Beginners should never buy an EQ mounted telescope as their first telescope.
However I have instructions on aligning the mount on the star Polaris on my profile page in the TIPS section. Read those instructions, and find a local Astronomy club. The members can help you with that telescope.
