Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Remove your consoles face plate (by using your fingernails or a small screwdriver and pry the bottom of the faceplate when laying flat off. Then try the eject button if that also fails straighten out a paperclip and use the manual eject hole on the console which is locates right below the DVD Rom drive and slide out the DVD tray slowly. You will need to get the disc out before sending it in for repair. Any media still in the console when sent in for maintenance will be lost.
