If nothing was disturbed then this is usually an indication of either the power supply going bad or the hard driver going bad. I start by substituting a power supply of the same wattage or larger. If that doens't work , I change out the hard driver.  I believe that is usually a good place to start.

I turn on the computer and it may run some times for about 10 or 15 min. and then shut down i was wondering if i need a bio's update or what i have two hard drives in the computer xp pro on 1 and vista...

It could be overheating. After it shuts down, restart it, and enter BIOS SETUP, and look for a "PC Health" or "Status" entry on the menu. If you're lucky, it will report the current CPU temperature, and the speed of the fans, and the settable temperature at which it will shut itself down.

Check the capacitors on the motherboard -- any capacitor with a "dome" on top, instead of perfectly-flat, is a leaking capacitor that is intermittently failing.

Computer does not boot

If you computer over heated, this could have caused the board or power supply to short. I would first start by trying a new power supply unit (since this is cheapest of the options). If that does not work then try replacing the motherboard and/or processor. Since you not getting any power, my guess is motherboard or power supply unit.

Computer shuts down in games, replaced Mem and PS 800W

I would check the bios and see what the shutdown temps are for the cpu as they may be set too low ( check the manuals for the cpu's as you dont want to set it too high as obviously if it does get too hot you dont want the cpu's ( processors ) to blow up or die on you.

VIDeo CARD not working

You will need drivers for the FX5000 first, disable the driver for the one your using, shut down and then install the new FX5000, boot up and wait until the VGA comes on, it can take several mins sometimes.
