Temperature reading is not right on a Hob...

We have an am-14 Hobart Dishwasher. The temp is not showing what it should (160wash/150rinse), but instead fluctuates around 90-168. The water inside seems to be hot, and the dishes are coming out ok. Could it be the sensor or the display?
