Question about Fisher and Paykel 24 in. DD603H W Built-in Dishwasher
This could mean a lot of things depending on what the last state of the dishwasher is. For a double dishdrawer unit it could mean the power to the top unit has blown. But more commonly there is a water leak causing the flood switch at the base of the dishwasher housing to trip. The leak could be due to damaged lid seal, cracked hose or using very strong detergent which causes foaming. Assuming the power to both the drawers is ok. Let us work on the flooding problem. Remove power to the dishwasher (take power chord out). Extend the lower drawer out and use towels to mop up the base (under the drawer, hard to get to). Then take a hair dryer and run it inside. Give it an hour or so to fully dry and connect power and try again. Good luck.
