Question about LaCie Electron III 22" CRT Monitor
My screen has a shift from red on the left to green on the right - neutral in the middle. Can this be repaired cost effectively or would it be better to just purchase a new monitor. I'd probably replace it with a LaCe 320. I am a professional photographer and the old CRT has been wonderful. I still color balance all of my images on it just using the center of the screen. I would hate to replace it and find out later that this was an easy fix.
make sure the video cable is inserted firmly. is it is, the video cable wires are loose inside the monitor which it is not getting the signal, telling it to go on standby mode.
