Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player

Mp3 will not work

I tried plugging my MP3 player into my computer. SanDisk Sansa 2GB. the computer detected it at first but didnt do anything. now the player will not turn on at all. or connect to the computer (or turn on while plugged to computer) I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

MINE ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT I USED A IPOD CHARGER AND FORTUNATELY IT WORKED BUT THE OTHER PROBLEM THAT IT DIDNT CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER

Disconnect the USB cable and let the battery run down when the screen goes blank you can reconnect the USB cable and the device will rechange and you can do you thing

Only one of my earphones work for my mp3 player


Make sure that you've pushed the earphone plug all the way in. Some Sansa players have very tight earphone jacks. If that doesn't work, it's likely that the player is broken.

Try going into settings, usb mode change that it should be either mtp or msc.

Sandisk Sansa Clip 2GB not detected by XP SP2


Change the USB Mode to auto-detect and see if you get better results. If that fails, switch entirely to MTP mode.

I was able to get my son's View to connect to the computer by downloading Media Player 11 from the Microsoft site. Haven't had any problems since I did that.

SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 stuck at one song - please help!!



You might have to hold the power button down for like 20-25 seconds and if that doesnt work what I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

Sansa c140 screen frozen


Try a "hard reset". Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off. With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button. Power it back on, see if that works. You can add to the question if you have more questions. Best of Luck.

recovery mode. slide the hold switxh so that is is redish hold record keep holding record and plug into computer.
