Question about Heating & Cooling
I was told I need a new circuit board for my furnace. Does anyone have a good site they use to purchase parts and maybe even a part number? I figured it couldn't be too hard to find online...boy was i wrong!
Have you tryed ebay they sometimes have them from people that bought them and didn't need them the prices are very reasonable compared to what factory dealers want to charge if you have the part number that will help you alot in finding the right one.

One thing to try is to check the voltage coming to the furnace to see if it is correct. They do have separate furnaces for California because of the NOX compliable laws but the boards according to my vendor are all the same. Look on the new board to see if you see any of these numbers # PCBBF112S or 01030F00005S. If you do have one of these numbers it is the correct board. If not change the board or if voltage is wrong get that corrected and you should be fine

White wires are commonly the common connection (sorry for the pun). L2 is also considered the common leg. You did not mention if you are looking for high voltage or low voltage common. L2 is your high voltage leg. If the power venter ties into the thermostat circuit, W on the circuit board is the common terminal.
