If only a year old it will be fully covered by warranty. Meantime try disconnecting from the mains power supply for 30mins (dont worry the frozen items wont be affected for this short a period) then switching on again, as this may trigger the motherboard into normal mode

SOURCE: HI. I've a Viking Professional
You need to clean the condenser coil on the back of you fridge. Use a brush and a vacuum cleaner and remove all th dust possible. If their is a lot off dust then probably this is the reason for the alarm. However if the back of the fridge and condenser is clean then you have other possibilities like the thermostat, defrost heating, freon charge which they will need to take care.
So since you will leave in a couple of days try the cleaning of the dust and also if you have exeed ice build in freezer you can remove it manually by using a hair dryer or warm water to remove all exceed ice build.
