Question about Hardware & Accessories
There are four buttons on the front. Set, -, +, and Function. How do I set the times for the timer to turn on and off the light?
Thanks for describing timer buttons. And including brand and model number.
I think there are two models, one is 24-hour and other is 7-day.

Check your circuit breaker that feeds the timer circuit in your main electric panel. It may have tripped. Sometimes when a breaker trips it's hard to tell visually, so turn the breaker off, then back on.
Also, the circuit that feeds the timer may be on the load side of a GFCI receptacle. Look for one that has tripped. Sometimes they are found in obscure places.

You have a weak timer motor. The T101 is notorious for it. I have 6 on my property and have had that problem numerous times. You need to replace the guts of the timer.
