May be im stupid but have been looking 2 find were i can clean drain whatever fluff paper etc that has gathered in my machine. can locate bottom right hand corner which when turned drains excess water that is lying (Smelly) also water is not shooting into conditioner drawer have tried needle 2 clear jets but to no avail would be grateful for any assisstance on this matter

Pull out the part you have been turning and it unscrews and the filter pulls out. it should not be smelly.if you are using liquid detergent, this will cause the smell. some water will come out when you remove filter but not huge amounts assuming the machune has drained properly
